Precisely finished by planing and hand scraping
Deep cross ribbed construction maintaining rigidity & accuracy
Accuracy to standard DIN876/1, GB/T22095-2008
Includes lifting handles & cover for protection
T-slots made according to DIN650.
Materials and Processing:
(1) The material of our surface plate/table is cast iron HT200-350
(2) Working surface hardness is HB170-240
(3) Low inaccuracy error and good in grinding resistance.
Usage:
Cast Iron Surface Plates provide a precision reference for spotting, tool making, inspection of parts, checking accuracy of other surfaces and for many types of gauging and marking out operations
