These granite precision plate's flatness and straightness should meet 5um. 2 line tracks would be mount on it, so the 2 line track should be in parallel and straightness. There are 2 bridges on this granite base. The bridges should be perpendicular, parallel, and straight. The granite precision component dimension: length: 3000mm, width: 1000mm, height: 100mm. 2 gantry height:250mm. Total weight: 1200KG. This granite precision combination tailor-made for 2 head optical lens 5 axis linear motorized positioning stages.
