Granite Surface Plate With Table In Calibration Lab
Granite Surface Plates meet or exceed Federal Specification GGG-P-463c. Each Surface Plate is shipped with a Certificate of Accuracy which guarantees its accuracy and verifies its traceability to the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
These plates are tested in a controlled temperature of 20° C and humidity of 50% with laser autocollimator or electronic levels. All these plates are provided test reports having installation instructions with error map.
The standard sizes, absolute flatness tolerances (in thousandths of mm) and reference codes are present in the table on the catalogue. We can supply as per the needs of the customer, glued threaded inserts, as per drawing with holes, clearing grooves, T-slots and with rubber feet for smaller sizes. Microplan group normally custom designs as per the drawings, fields of work to provide complete service.
